Management Experience/Work History
Leigh Ann Green, President – From her years as Development Inspector
and Engineering Technician with the cities of Fayetteville and
Peachtree City, Georgia to an impressive career managing subdivision
developments for Peachtree City Development Corporation and Pathway Communities, Leigh Ann has established a
reputation of integrity and thoroughness in the land development
industry. With more than fifteen years managing all aspects of land
development, Leigh Ann provides the experience and understanding
necessary to take development plans from vision to reality.
Jenny Perry, Vice-President – Having worked with Leigh Ann at
Pathway Communities, it was a natural move for Jenny to become an
integral part of Development Site Services. With a strong background
in administration to compliment her years in field supervision,
Jenny provides a wealth of experience to DSSI. Together, Jenny and
Leigh Ann have managed the development of more than 5000
residential lots including Master Planned Communities.
David Denman, Land Development Manager – David came to DSSI with
fifteen years in residential and commercial construction and more
than ten years in management at the city and county level. His
experience in Planning & Zoning administration and his time as
Director of Community Development for Harris County, Georgia
provides an in-depth understanding of building, zoning and
development regulations.
